Pengembangan Aplikasi Android Untuk Pemantauan Mandiri Denyut Jantung Berbasis Sinyal Elektrokardiogram Buatan

Abstract

Pemantauan kesehatan jantung secara waktu nyata (real-time) penting untuk mendeteksi dini potensi gangguan irama jantung. Perangkat elektrokardiogram (ECG) konvensional umumnya berukuran besar, mahal, dan memerlukan tenaga ahli untuk pengoperasiannya, sehingga sulit diakses terutama di wilayah dengan keterbatasan fasilitas medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi Android untuk memantau sinyal ECG buatan yang dihasilkan oleh mikrokontroler ESP32, menampilkan grafik sinyal secara langsung, menghitung jumlah detak jantung per menit (beats per minute / BPM), mengklasifikasikan kondisi jantung, dan menyimpan hasil pemeriksaan ke basis data daring. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembuatan sinyal ECG sintetik pada ESP32, pengiriman data melalui koneksi nirkabel, pemrosesan sinyal di aplikasi untuk perhitungan BPM dan deteksi kondisi bradikardia/takikardia, serta penyimpanan hasil ke cloud database. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan sinyal ECG dengan laju rata-rata 125 data/detik, latensi rata-rata 82 ms, dan akurasi perhitungan BPM 100%. Sistem juga berhasil menyimpan dan menampilkan kembali riwayat pemeriksaan secara akurat. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana simulasi dan pembelajaran pemantauan ECG secara waktu nyata tanpa memerlukan perangkat medis mahal, mendukung konsep akses kesehatan yang lebih luas.
