Sistem Manajemen Inventory Berbasis Web Untuk Usaha F&B Di Sop Burtok
Abstract
Abstrak— Industri makanan dan minuman (F&B) mengalami perkembangan pesat, namun kerap menghadapi kendala dalam manajemen bahan baku seperti ketidakakuratan data stok, kesulitan prediksi kebutuhan, dan ketergantungan pada proses manual yang rawan kesalahan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan SOP BURTOK, sebuah sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web yang memfasilitasi pencatatan bahan baku, pemantauan stok secara real-time, prediksi kebutuhan produksi, serta pembuatan laporan digital. Sistem dibangun menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript pada sisi frontend, terintegrasi dengan REST API dan basis data berbasis cloud. Metodologi pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing dan survei usability kepada 30 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur utama—login, inventori, produksi, dan pelaporan— berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi. Survei usability mencatat tingkat kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 84% (kategori baik). Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data bagi pelaku usaha F&B. Kata kunci— manajemen stok, sistem daring, usaha kuliner, Sop Burtok
