Analisis Kebutuhan Layanan Pendidikan Taman Kanak-kanak Telkom Buah Batu Dengan Menggunakan Integrasi Education Quality Dan Refined Kano

Jumlah TK di berbagai provinsi Indonesia khususnya di provinsi Jawa Barat mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, dengan perbandingan jumlah TK swasta yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan jumlah TK negeri. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa TK swasta memiliki pesaing yang jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan TK negeri, salah satunya TK Telkom Buah Batu yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini. Namun, jumlah pendaftar di TK Telkom Buah Batu masih rendah serta target jumlah siswa pertahun tidak tercapai. Adanya masalah dari layanan TK Telkom Buah Batu membuat pihak sekolah perlu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan layanan yang sesuai bagi calon pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan TK Telkom Buah Batu menggunakan integrasi Education Quality dan Refined Kano dengan mengidentifikasi 24 atribut kebutuhan layanan pendidikan TK Telkom Buah Batu. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi Education Quality dan Refined Kano didapatkan 11 atribut kebutuhan yang perlu diprioritaskan. Rekomendasi dirumuskan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis yang melibatkan pihak TK Telkom Buah Batu. Rekomendasi tersebut berisi atribut kebutuhan layanan pendidikan TK Telkom Buah Batu yang perlu di prioritaskan sebagai True Customer Needs. Abstract
The number of kindergartens in various provinces of Indonesia, especially in the province of West Java has increased each year, with the ratio of private kindergarten is much higher than the number of domestic kindergarten. This shows that private kindergartens have much more competitor compared with kindergarten, one of them is TK Telkom Buah Batu which become object in this research. However, the number of applicants in TK Telkom Buah Batu is still low and the target number of students per year is not achieved. The problem of TK Telkom Buah Batu service makes the school need to identify the appropriate service requirement for the prospect. This study aims to improve the quality of education services TK Telkom Buah Batu using the integration of Quality and Refined Kano by identifying 24 attributes of education service needs TK Telkom Buah Batu. Based on the result of integration of Education Quality and Refined Kano, there are 11 attribute needs that need to be prioritized. Recommendations formulated based on the results of data processing and analysis involving the TK Telkom Buah Batu. The recommendation contains the attribute of education service needs of Telkom Buah Batu kindergarten that needs to be prioritized as True Customer Needs.
