Analisis Overall Equipment Effectiveness (oee) Dan Risk Based Maintenance (rbm) Pada Mesin Huron Di Pt Xyz

Abstract

Abstrak PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memiliki banyak mesin untuk melakukan proses produksi dan memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Aktifitas produksi yang ada di PT XYZ menuntut mesin untuk dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Salah satu mesin yang terdapat di PT ZYX adalah mesin HURON yang merupakan mesin untuk membuat part-part mesin dalam ukuran kecil sampai menengah. Mesin HURON memiliki frekuensi kerusakan dengan downtime yang cukup tinggi dengan tingkat pengunaan mesin yang kecil. Hal ini menyebabkan besarnya losses yang akan diterima perusahaan saat mesin mengalami downtime. Untuk itu diperlukan analisis Overral Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengukur kinerja dan tingkat efektifitas mesin. Metode lain yang digunakan adalah Risk-Based Maintenance yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar biaya risiko dan kerugian yang akan diterima oleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan metode Overral Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) diperoleh nilai OEE mesin HURON di PT XYZ sebesar 35% dan total losses yang diperoleh sebesar 57,39% pada tahun 2017. Sedangkan berdasarkan metode Risk-Based Maintenance nilai risiko mesin HURON sebesar Rp 25.892.881.

Production activities in PT XYZ require machines to operate properly. One of the machines contained in PT ZYX is HURON which is a machine to make machine parts in small to medium size. The HURON engine is a machine where the frequency of damage with downtime was high enough, with a small machine usage level and produce big losses to be received by the company when the machine is experiencing downtime.Therefore it is required Overral Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to measure the performance and level of machine effectiveness. Another method used is Risk-Based Maintenance which is used to find out how big the cost of risks and losses to be received by the company.Based on Overral Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, OEE score of HURON machine in PT XYZ is 35% and losses are 57,39% in 2017. While the value of HURON Machine Risk based on Risk-Based Maintenance Rp 25.892.881.
