Abstract

Abstrak Proses bisnis di UD. Gudang Kuota yang masih manual dan belum terintegrasi menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya pengadaan barang dari gudang dan dari outlet, keterlambatan dalam pembelian dan pengalokasian barang, sering terjadi kesalahan dan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan penjualan harian. Solusi dari permasalahan diatas adalah dengan penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning Open Source yang sesuai untuk UMKM yang dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis dengan tetap menekan biaya pengeluaran. Dimana dalam praktiknya ERP akan mengotomasi praktik bisnis dan prosedur bisnis suatu perusahaan dengan adanya integrasi antar modul dan data sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam penggunaan sehari-hari. ERP Open Source yang akan di impelentasikan yaitu Odoo modul purchasing, point of sale, inventory, dan accounting. Tahapan penerepan ERP dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan studi literatur, mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang terjadi kemudian mengusulkan proses bisnis baru dengan sistem ERP yang terintegrasi. Setelah itu melakukan konfigurasi dan impelementasi modul ERP, dan terakhir melakukan pengujian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap sistem ERP menggunakan UAT(User Acceptance Test) dan pengujian masing-masing fungsionalitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ERP sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan UD. Gudang Kuota, dengan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 85,4%. Kata kunci : Enterprise Resource Planning, Open Source, Odoo, User Acceptance Test. Abstract Business processes at UD. Gudang Kuota which is still manual and not integrated causes some problems such as the procurement of goods from the warehouse and from the outlet, delays in the purchase and allocation of goods, frequent errors and delays in reporting daily sales. The solution to the above problems is the implementation of Open Source Enterprise Resource Planning that is suitable for MSMEs that are required to improve the efficiency of business processes while still reducing costs. Where in practice ERP will automate business practices and business procedures of a company with the integration between modules and data so as to produce a system that is more effective and efficient in daily use. Open Source ERP that will be implemented is Odoo purchasing module, point of sale, inventory, and accounting. The ERP forwarding stage starts with problems identifying, then continues with literature study, identifying business processes that occur then proposing new business processes with an integrated ERP system. After that, configuring and implementing the ERP module, and finally testing. Based on the results of testing the ERP system using the UAT (User Acceptance Test) and testing each of the functionalities it can be concluded that the ERP system is very suitable to the needs of UD.
