Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Pemberantasan Narkoba dan Pengujiannya menggunakan Standard ISO 9126-4 (Studi Kasus BNNK Tanjung Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi)

Abstract

Abstrak Penerapan Sistem Informasi sangat diperlukan untuk membantu melakukan pengelolaan laporan yang masuk pada BNNK Tanjab Timur, karena proses yang terjadi pada BNNK Tanjung Jabung Timur masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem Informasi ini diterapkan agar mempermudah masyarakat untuk dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan pihak BNNK Tanjab Timur dengan aman serta data yang masuk dapat langsung dikelola secara komputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Sistem Informasi yang diterapkan untuk dapat diketahui dari segi Kualitas Penggunaannya, apakah dapat digunakan secara efektif dan efisien oleh Pihak BNNK dan Masyarakat Tanjab Timur. ISO 9126-4 Metrik Kualitas Penggunaan digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana Sistem Informasi ini memenuhi kebutuhan yang ditentukan pengguna untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Didalam Standard ISO 9126-4 ini terdapat Faktor Efektivitas, Keamanan, Produktivitas, dan Kepuasan yang digunakan untuk mengukur dari segi kualitas penggunaannya seperti seberapa efektif, aman, produktif dan puas user dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Pemberantasan Narkoba. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BNNK Tanjab Timur Provinsi Jambi dan diperoleh hasil bahwa Faktor Efektivitas dan Keamanan berada pada Level Medium. Sedangkan dari segi Faktor Produktivitas dan Kepuasan didapati berada pada Level High. Untuk Hasil Akhir yang didapati dari keseluruhan 4 Faktor berdasarkan ISO 9126-4 didapati pada level Kualitas Penggunaan High atau Baik. Abstract The application of the Information System is very necessary to help manage the reports that enter the National Tanjab BNNK, because the process that occurs at the Tanjung Jabung Timur BNNK is still done manually. This Information System is implemented to make it easier for the public to interact directly with the East Tanjab BNNK safely and the incoming data can be directly computerized. This study aims to test the Information System that is applied to be known in terms of its Quality of Use, whether it can be used effectively and efficiently by the National Narcotics Agency and East Tanjab Community. ISO 9126-4 Usage Quality Metrics are used to measure the extent to which this Information System meets user-defined needs to achieve certain goals. In this ISO 9126-4 Standard there are Factors of Effectiveness, Security, Productivity and Satisfaction that are used to measure in terms of the quality of their use such as how effective, safe, productive and satisfied the user is in using the Information System for Narcotics Eradication Reporting. This research was conducted at BNNK Tanjab Timur Jambi Province and obtained results that the Effectiveness and Security Factors were at Medium Level. Whereas in terms of Productivity Factors and Satisfaction found to be at the High Level. For the final results found from all 4 factors based on ISO 9126-4, it is found at the level of high or good quality of use.
