Analisis Perencanaan Jaringan Lte-a Dengan Menggunakan Coordinated Multipoint Di Kota Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem LTE mampu memberikan maximum data rate 100 Mbps untuk downlink dan 50 Mbps untuk uplink. Namun LTE masih memiliki masalah, yaitu user yang berada di cell edge sulit untuk mendapatkan cakupan karena letaknya yang sudah jauh dari eNodeB. Kondisi ini menyebabkan penurunan SINR dan throughput pada user di cell edge. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan LTE-Advanced di wilayah kota Bandung, khususnya Kelurahan Sumur Bandung, Bandung Wetan, Batununggal, Lengkong, dan Regol. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan frekuensi 1800 Mhz dan dengan metode Coordinated Multipoint (CoMP). Metode ini diharapkan mengatasi permasalahan user yang berada di cell edge dan menaikkan throughput di cell edge. Parameter yang dianalisis pada tugas akhir ini adalah SINR, User Connected dan throughput. Dari perhitungan site pada wilayah uji didapatkan site berjumlah 40. Pada scenario 1 didapatkan rata rata SINR sebesar 12,05 dB, User Connected sebanyak 90%, User Throughput 40,66 Mbps. Untuk Skenario 2 didapatkan SINR sebesar 25,02 dB, User Connected sebesar 99,9%, dan User Throughput 72,6 Mbps. Untuk scenario 3, SINR yang didapatkan sebesar 20,89 dB, User Connected sebesar 99,9 %, dan user throughput 129,072 Mbps. This condition causes a decrease in SINR and throughput on the user in the cell edge. In this final project carried out LTE-Advanced planning in the area of Bandung, especially Kelurahan Sumur Bandung, Bandung Wetan, Batununggal, Lengkong, and Regol. Planning is done with frequency 1800 Mhz and with Coordinated Multipoint (CoMP) method. This method is expected to solve user issues in cell edge and increase throughput in cell edge. Parameters analyzed in this final project are SINR, User Connected and throughput. From the site calculation on the test teritory it is found site amounted to 40. In scenario 1 the average SINR is 12,02 dB, User Connected 90%, User Throughput 40,66 Mbps. For Scenario 2 obtained SINR of 25,02 dB, User Connected of 99,9%3, and User Throughput 72.6 Mbps.
