Perancangan Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Wifi Flashzone Seamless Menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment(qfd)

Abstract

Abstrak Akses internet saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan hampir setiap orang. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengguna jaringan seluler, maka operator seluler berlomba- lomba untuk terus meningkatkan teknologi mereka yang bertujuan untuk memberikan layanan baru dan memfasilitasi semua pelanggan.Wifi flashzone seamless merupakan sebuah teknologi terbaru yang memanfaatkan koneksi wifi Telkom sebagai jaringan seluler tambahan untuk mempercepat data seluler telkomsel. Wifi ini digunakan dengan tujuan memberikan koneksi jaringan internet dengan kecepatan tinggi dan stabil sehingga memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan ketika menggunakan paket data. Namun, layanan Wifi flashzone seamless menghadapi permasalahan dengan jumlah pelanggan yang tak kunjung mencapai target yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak internal Telkomsel. Jumlah pelanggan layanan Wifi flashzone seamless tidak mengalami kenaikann bahkan mengalami penurunan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan peningkatan kualitas layanan berdasarkan dua belas true customer needs. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Metode QFD dilakukan dengan tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah QFD iterasi satu, yaitu House of Quality untuk menentukan prioritas karakteristik teknis. Tahap kedua adalah pengembangan konsep untuk membuat beberapa konsep alternatif yang akan dipilih oleh Telkomsel untuk dikembangkan. Tahap terakhir adalah QFD iterasi dua, yaitu Part Deployment yang bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas critical part. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tujuh karakteristik teknis prioritas dan sembilan critical part prioritas yang menghasilkan sebelas rekomendasi akhir.

Abstract Internet access today has become almost everyone's need. With the growing number of mobile network users, mobile operators are competing to continue improving their technology aimed at delivering new services and facilitating all customers. Wifi flashzone seamless is a new technology that utilizes Telkom's wifi connection as an additional cellular network to accelerate cellular data of Telkomsel . Wifi is used with the aim of providing internet connection network with high speed and stable so as to provide satisfaction to customers when using data packets. However, Wifi flashzone seamless service faces problems with the number of customers who never reach the target set by Telkomsel's internal party. The number of customers Wifi flashzone seamless service did not increase even decreased.
This study aims to provide recommendations on improving the quality of service based on twelve true customer needs. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). chosen by Telkomsel to be developed. The last stage is QFD iteration of two, namely Part Deployment which aims to determine the priority of critical part. The results of this study are seven priority technical characteristics and nine critical priority parts that result in eleven final recommendations.
