Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Reverse Logistic Untuk Industri Penyamakan Kulit Dengan Model Scor Di Pt Elco

Abstract

Abstrak   PT Elco merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang memproduksi penyamakan kulit garment dan gloves sebagai bisnis utama. Dalam penjualan enam kuarter terakhir, PT Elco mendapatkan klaim dari pelanggan di setiap kuarternya. Untuk menjaga hubungan dan kepuasan pelanggan, PT Elco menerapkan proses return, yaitu  proses pengambilan kembali produk dari pelanggan ke perusahaan dikarenakan alasan tertentu. Pada saat ini, sistem monitoring proses return  pada PT Elco masih sangat minim, dan hanya beberapa Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang dimonitor. Proses bisnis return saat ini dan KPI dipetakan ke dalam model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Pada penelitian ini terdapat 13 KPI yang dikategorikan berdasarkan atribut kinerja SCOR, yaitu reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, dan assets management. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan normalisasi Snorm De Boer, data yang dihasilkan berupa nilai performansi dan menjadi masukan ke dalam sistem monitoring sehingga sistem dapat menampilkan metriks, angka, maupun visualisasi data.  Sistem monitoring memiliki empat informasi utama dalam tampilannya, yaitu perbandingan KPI pada kuarter terakhir dengan target/limit, keadaan KPI pada kuarter terakhir, perbandingan KPI pada semua kuarter, dan keadaan pelanggan selama enam kuarter terakhir terhadap KPI. Implementasi sistem monitoring reverse logistic diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam membuat keputusan secara tepat dan cepat berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan.   Kata kunci : Sistem monitoring, Return, SCOR, KPI, AHP   Abstract  PT Elco is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that produces garment and glove tanning as its main business. In the last six quarters of sales, PT Elco received claims from customers in each quarter. To maintain customer relationships and satisfaction, PT Elco applies the return process, namely the process of taking from customers to the company for certain reasons. At present, the monitoring system of the return process at PT Elco is still very minimal, and only a few Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are monitored. The business process is back now and the KPI is mapped into the Operational Supply Chain Reference (SCOR) model. In this study there were 13 KPIs categorized based on SCOR attributes, namely reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and asset management. By using the AHP method and normalizing the Snorm De Boer, the data generated is in the form of performance values and becomes input in monitoring the system. System monitoring has four main information, namely based on the KPI in the last quarter with the target / limit, the state of the KPI in the last quarter, and the KPI in all quarters, and the conditions for the last six quarters of KPI. Hopefully the implementation of a reverse logistic monitoring system can help companies make decisions promptly and quickly based on the data entered.
