Analisis Hasil Tracer Study Alumni Universitas Telkom Dengan Forest Of All Minimum Spanning Trees (msts)
Abstract
Abstrak Tracer Study merupakan survey terhadap alumni yang dilaksanakan oleh sebuah perguruan tinggi. Tracer Study bertujuan untuk mengetahui umpan balik pendidikan dalam bentuk transisi dari dunia pendidikan tinggi ke dunia kerja. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pemetaan korelasi antara kompetensi-kompetensi alumni Universitas Telkom dengan menggunakan metode forest of all Minimum Spanning Trees (MSTs). Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil tracer study terhadap alumni lulusan tahun 2014. Lima ukuran sentralitas digunakan untuk menghitung tingkat kepentingan relatif dari masing -masing kompetensi. Kelima ukuran sentralitas tersebut adalah sentralitas derajat (degree centrality), sentralitas keantaraan (betweenness centrality), sentralitas kedekatan (closenness centrality), sentralitas vektor eigen (eigen vector centrality) dan sentralitas keseluruhan (overall centrality). Dari hasil perhitungan terlihat bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan memiliki nilai tertinggi untuk kelima sentralitas. Abstract Tracer Study is a survey of alumni carried out by a college. Tracer Study aims to find out educational feedback in the form of a transition from the world of higher education to the world of work. In this final project, a correlation between the competencies of alumni of Telkom University was carried out by using the forest of all Minimum Spanning Trees (MSTs) method. The data used are data from tracer studies of alumni graduating in 2014. Five measures of centrality are used to calculate the relative importance of each competency. The five measures of centrality are degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closenness centrality, eigen vector centrality and overall centrality. From the calculation results, it can be seen that leadership competencies have the highest value for the five centralities.
