Perancangan Konten E-learning Untuk Kegiatan Preventive Maintenance Mesin Excavator Kobelco Sk200 Menggunakan Metode Seci Dan Addie Di Po Rajawali Project

Abstract

Abstrak PO Rajawali Project adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa penyewaan alat berat. Excavator Kobelco SK200 merupakan mesin dengan frekuensi penyewaan oleh customer paling tinggi pada PO Rajawali Project. Pada kondisi nyata, proses perawatan mesin di PO Rajawali Project, tidak semua karyawan maintenance memiliki keahlian dalam proses perawatan mesin. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses perawatan mesin, karena harus menunggu karyawan lain yang paham tentang proses perawatan preventive. Dibutuhkan sebuah media untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran melalui knowledge sharing antar karyawan, media yang dapat membantu dalam proses knowledge sharing adalah e-Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan konten e-Learning berdasarkan best practice kegiatan perawatan preventive excavator Kobelco SK200. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, dan Internalization) untuk menghasilkan best practice, yaitu dengan cara menggali pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berasal dari senior mekanik dan senior asisten. Dari hasil eksplorasi diperoleh aktivitas perawatan preventive excavator Kobelco SK200. Brainstorming dilakukan untuk memilih best practice dari kedua narasumber. Hasil rancangan berupa best practice digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan e-Learning. Metode ADDIE digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi e-Learning. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa pengetahuan mekanik meningkat setelah adanya e-Learning ditinjau dari nilai quiz yang meningkat dari 60 ke 90. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan di mesin lainya. Kobelco SK200 Excavator is the machine with the highest frequency of leasing by customers on the PO Rajawali Project. In the real conditions, the engine maintenance process at the PO Rajawali Project, not all employees have expertise in the engine maintenance process. This causes delays in the process of engine maintenance, because they have to wait for other employees who understand about the preventive maintenance process. It takes a media to support the learning process through knowledge sharing between employees, the media that can help in the process of sharing knowledge is e-Learning. This study aims to the design of e-Learning content based on the best practices of Kobelco SK200 preventive excavator maintenance activities. This research used the SECI method (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization) to produce best practices, by collecting knowledge and experience gained from senior mechanics and senior assistants. From the results of the exploration obtained by KobelcoSK200 preventive excavator maintenance activities. Brainstorming was done to choose the best practices from the two speakers. The design results are best practices used as the basis for e-Learning development. The ADDIE method is used to create e-Learning applications. From the results of the evaluation obtained from mechanical knowledge increased after the e-Learning in terms of the quiz value which increased from 60 to 90.
