Respon Komunitas Pengguna Jalan Terhadap Kebisingan Lalu Lintas Pada Pertigaan Jalan Bojongsoang

Abstract

Abstract Secara umum pengukuran kebisingan dilakukan dengan mengetahui nilai objektif dari tempat pengukuran yaitu dengan mengetahui nilai Leq. Namun pengukuran tersebut hanya mengacu pada pengukuran objektif dengan tidak melibatkan seseorang atau ekosistem dalam pengukuran tersebut. Maka dari itu soundscape dipakai untuk mengetahui perspektif seseorang terhadap paparan kebisingan yang terjadi, dalam kasus ini responden yang dimintai pendapat merupakan pengguna jalan Bojongsoang, Kab. Bandung. Responden itu sendiri dibedakan menjadi tiga kelompok umur yaitu 10 tahun – 25 tahun, 26 tahun – 41 tahun, dan 42 tahun – 57 tahun. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitin ini yaitu nilai Leq yang paling kecil mencapai 60.23 dBA dan Leq yang paling besar mencapai 87.40 dBA. Nilai tersebut sudah melebihi baku mutu kebisingan yang ditentukan oleh KEPMEN LH pada tahun 1996 yaitu sebesar 55 dBA untuk pemukiman. Untuk hasil yang didapat dari pengukuran subjektif menyatakan bahwa perbedaan signifikan hanya terjadi pada aspek calm-noisy di hari Sabtu, sedangkan pada aspek lainya di semua hari tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari perspketif responden yang dibedakan terhadap umur. Kata kunci: Bising, Leq, Soundscape, Perspektif, Monaural Abstract In general noise measurment done to find out an objective value of a noise exposure in some place or as know as Leq, but the measurment just refer to an objective measurment without involving anybody or the ecosystem of that place. Therfore the soundscape approuch used to find out a people perspective againts noise exporsure, the respondent in this study is road user of Road of Bojongsoang Kab Bandung that divided into three group with age category that is 10 y/o – 25 y/o, 26 y/o – 41 y/o, 42 y/o – 57 y/o. The results obtained are, minimum Leq value amount 60.23 dBA and for maximum Leq value are 87.40 dBA. As for that value has exceed the quality standart set by KEPMEN LH in 1996, where the maximum value for housing and settlements is 55 dBA. The result for the perspective measurment is there are just one aspect that has significant difference that is calm-noisy aspect from Saturday, for all other aspects throughout the day it has no significant difference from all of the respondent grup that divided according to age.
