Analisis Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Fungsi Pelaporan Wajib Pajak Bendaharawan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Menggunakan Togaf Adm

Abstract

Abstrak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sudah menerapkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya, namun belum seluruhnya, khususnya dalam fungsi pelaporan pajak bendaharawan. Terdapat beberapa masalah dalam proses bisnis pelaporan wajib pajak bendaharawan, yaitu lamanya waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan perhitungan pajak, pembayaran setoran pajak yang harus mendatangi bank secara langsung, tidak seluruh jenis pajak yang dapat melaporkan bukti potong pajak dan laporan pajak secara online sehingga masih harus mendatangi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak, lalu belum seluruh proses menerapkan sistem online sehingga masih sering terjadi duplikasi dan belum seluruhnya terintegrasi. Penulis menggunakan framework TOGAF 9 ADM sebagai perancangan enterprise architecture untuk penyelesaian masalah yang dijabarkan. Diharapkan hasil perancangan dapat digunakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk sebagai acuan bila nantinya akan dilakukan pengembangan dalam proses bisnis tersebut. There are several problems in the business process of treasurer taxpayer reporting, namely the length of time needed to perform tax calculations, payment of tax deposits that must go directly to the bank, not all types of taxes that can report evidence of tax deductions and tax reports online so they still have to go The Tax Service Office, then not all processes have implemented the online system so that duplication still occurs and is not fully integrated. The author uses the TOGAF 9 ADM framework as an enterprise architecture design to solve the problems described.
