Analisis Pemilihan Alternatif Penggantian Fasilitas Usaha Pada Startup Persewaan Bus Pariwisata Po. Xyz Menggunakan Metode Incremental Analysis

Abstract

Abstrak PO. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan startup yang bergerak dalam bidang persewaan bus pariwisata yang berlokasi di Sukoharjo yang menawarkan jasa persewaan bus pariwisata. Dalam menjalakan usahanya PO. XYZ saat ini memiliki tiga armada bus dan salah satunya adalah Mercedes Benz OH 1526 tahun 1997. Armada tersebut merupakan armada tertua yang dimiliki PO. XYZ. Setelah dilakukan wawancara, pemilik berencana mengganti bus tersebut. Namun, dikarenakan biaya yang dikeluarkan cukup besar untuk membeli sebuah bus, maka pemilik memiliki pilihan untuk melakukan penggantian yaitu menjalankan yang sudah ada, membeli bus bekas atau bus baru. Maka dari itu dilakukan analisis pemilihan alternatif keputusan untuk pengadaan fasilitas usaha PO. XYZ dengan metode Incremental Analysis. Dilakuakan analisis kelayakan untuk masing-masing alternatif berdasarkan aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek finansial. Analisis kelayakan yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa ketiga alternatif dinyatakan layak dengan NPV masing-masing sebesar Rp1.231.430.826, Rp2.533.556.057, dan Rp3.679.489.847. Dengan PBP sebesar 3,6 tahun , 2,6 tahun, dan 2,5 tahun dan nilai IRR sebesar 39%, 51%, dan 52%. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan Incremental Alaysis dengan menghitung niai IRR dari selisih net cash antara ketiga alternatif dan mendapatkan nilai ΔIRR sebesar 50% dan 63%, dikarenakan ΔIRR< MARR (17,5%), maka alternatif yang dipilih adalah alternatif terbesar, yaitu pengganti bus baru. The feasibility analysis for each alternative based on market aspect, technical aspect, and financial aspect. Feasibility analysis is done to get the result that the three alternatives are considered worthy with NPV respectively amounting to Rp 1.149.149.836, Rp 2.533.556.057, and Rp 3.679.489.847. With the PBP of 3.4 years, 2.6 years, and 2.5 years and an IRR value of 38%, 51%, and 52%. Then carried out Incremental Alaysis calculations by calculating IRR Niai from the net cash difference between the three alternatives and obtaining ΔIRR value of 50% and 63%, due to ΔIRR < MARR (17.5%), then the chosen alternative is an alternative Replacement of the new bus.
