Analisis Business-IT Alignment Dalam Industri Perhotelan Menggunakan GQM+Strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan kesenjangan antara tujuan bisnis dan implementasi teknologi informasi (TI) pada industri perhotelan skala kecil, yang sering berujung pada investasi TI yang tidak memberikan kontribusi terukur terhadap profit. Sebagai contoh, banyak vila dan bungalo mengadopsi sistem pemesanan tanpa memahami bagaimana sistem tersebut secara langsung mendukung peningkatan pendapatan. Kondisi ini menciptakan pemborosan sumber daya dan kegagalan dalam mencapai target bisnis yang diharapkan. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah penerapan metode GQM+Strategies melalui studi kasus di sebuah bungalo di Nusa Penida, Bali. Penelitian berhasil mengembangkan sebuah model hierarkis yang secara transparan menghubungkan tujuan bisnis peningkatan profit dengan strategi operasional dan metrik pengukuran perangkat lunak. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa model ini memberikan kejelasan strategis dan kerangka kerja yang dapat diadaptasi oleh pelaku usaha untuk memastikan setiap investasi TI selaras dengan tujuan bisnis mereka.
