Designing Risk Register And Risk Response As A Lesson Learned Towards The Ecohub Learning Management System Application Development Project at PT Xyz Using The Probability Impact Matrix Method
Abstrak
The EcoHub Learning Management System (LMS) application development project at PT XYZ is a digital transformation initiative supporting organizational learning. As a software development project involving dynamic requirements and technological complexity, it is exposed to various risks disrupting objectives. Therefore, a structured qualitative risk management approach is required. This study applies the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM) method to conduct qualitative risk assessment and determine risk priority levels. A total of 30 potential risks were identified through expert interviews, project documentation review, and direct observation, covering technical, operational, human resource, security, organizational, and project management aspects. Each risk was assessed using the PIM framework and categorized according to severity. Risks with high priority were analyzed to develop suitable risk response management, including avoidance, mitigation, transfer, and acceptance. The main output is a comprehensive risk register integrating prioritized risks with corresponding risk response plans, serving as a lesson learned for the EcoHub project. The results provide a reference for future projects, highlighting how crucial early risk detection and organized risk response strategy are to improving project success.
