Cetak Biru Rencana Induk Pengembangan Tik Untuk Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat Menggunakan Metode Enterprise Architecture Planning

Abstrak Pada saat ini setiap elemen pemerintahan memerlukan suatu system informasi TIK untuk mendukung proses bisnis dan kinerja mereka. Saat ini penggunaan system informasi di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat belum maksimal, mengingat bahwa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah yang terdapat banyak tempat wisata di Jawa Barat. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu cetak biru rancangan Arsistektur Sistem Informasi untuk sebagai pedoman Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam membangun dan mengembangkan system informasi. Cetak biru rancangan arsistektur informasi ini dibuat dengan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning, metode ini mendefinisikan arsitektur secara keseluruhan system. Hasil dari cetak biru rancangan ini diuji dengan Enterprise Architecture Scorecard (EA Scorecard) untuk mengukur kualitas dari cetak biru rancangan yang diusulkan. Nilai EA Scorecard yang didapatkan yaitu 52,14%

Abstract At present every element of government requires an ICT information system to support their business processes and performance. Currently the use of information systems in the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Bandung Regency has not been maximized, given that in West Bandung Regency is one area that has many tourist attractions in West Java. In this study a blueprint for the Information Systems Architect design will be made to guide the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Bandung Regency in developing and developing information systems. The blueprint of the information architecture design was created using the Enterprise Architecture Planning method, this method defines the overall architecture of the system. The results of this design blueprint were tested with the Enterprise Architecture Scorecard (EA Scorecard) to measure the quality of the proposed design blueprint.
