Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2017)

Abstract

Abstrak Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu tujuan perusahaan. Tingginya nilai perusahaan menandakan bahwa perusahaan mampu menjaga kelangsungan usaha dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pemegang saham. Sehingga para investor tertarik untuk menanamkan modalnya pada perusahaan yang memiliki nilai perusahaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas (ROE), leverage (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan (log total aset) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan tersebut diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas (ROE), leverage (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan (log total aset) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Secara parsial profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), leverage (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), ukuran perusahaan (log total aset) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). The high value of the company indicates that the company is able to maintain business continuity and can improve the welfare of shareholders. So that investors are interested in investing their capital in companies that have high company value. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROE), leverage (DER), and company size (log total assets) on firm value (PBV) in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The data used in this study were obtained from financial statement data. The financial statements were taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that simultaneous profitability (ROE), leverage (DER), and company size (log total assets) affect the firm's value (PBV). Partially profitability (ROE) has no effect on firm value (PBV), leverage (DER) has a positive effect on firm value (PBV), company size (log total assets) has a positive effect on firm value (PBV).
