Analisis Faktor-faktor Kepuasan Kerja Manajemen Pada Pt Alenatex Bandung

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar sumber daya manusia memiliki kinerja yang baik adalah kepuasan kerja pada karyawan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Alenatex Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Alenatex Bandung dengan jumlah 80 orang. Uji coba instrumen penelitian dilakukan di PT Alenatex Bandung. Uji coba validitas menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yang selanjutnya dipersentase dan dikategorikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Alenatex Bandung dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan berdasarkan karakteristik responden ditinjau dari karakteristik usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, dan lama bekerja menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian analisis faktor-faktor pada PT Alenatex Bandung menghasilkan empat faktor secara berurutan berdasarkan loading faktor tertinggi yaitu: Faktor Sosial sebesar 98,8%, Faktor Fisik sebesar 98,6%, Faktor Finansial sebesar 94,7%, Faktor psikologis sebesar 92,2%. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees at PT Alenatex Bandung with a total of 80 people. The trial of the research instrument was carried out at PT Alenatex Bandung. Test the validity of using Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS Version 23. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques which are then percentage and categorized. The results showed that the job satisfaction of PT Alenatex Bandung's employees was in the good category. The results of the analysis of employee job satisfaction based on the characteristics of respondents in terms of the characteristics of age, gender, last education, and length of work showed that there were significant differences. The results of the analysis of factors at PT Alenatex Bandung produced four factors in sequence based on the highest loading factors, namely: Social Factors at 98.8%, Physical Factors at 98.6%, Financial Factors at 94.7%, Psychological Factors at 92, 2%.
