Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kewajaran Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Online Shop Mayoutfit Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak MayOutfit adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang fashion khusus wanita seperti pakaian, tas, sepatu atau sandal, jam tangan, dan kerudung. Awal memulai usahanya dengan membuka online shop. MayOutfit di dirikan pada bulan Mei tahun 2013 oleh tiga orang mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) yang bernama Sinthya Audi Poetri, Intan Fazria dan Aldi. Ketiga Owner ini memulai bisnis yang berlokasikan di Jalan Gegerkalong Hilir No.9 Bandung ,usaha yang bergerak di bidang fashion ini sudah berjalan selama lima tahun dan memiliki cabang di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Perkembangan industri fashion semakin menunjukkan geliat positif di Indonesia, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat indonesia sudah sangat menyadari untuk berpenampilan menarik dan stylist mengikuti perkembangan trend fashion yang sedang berkembang. Sehinga Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kewajaran Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan MayOutfit Bnadung. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kewajaran Harga,Loyalitas Pelanggan Abstract MayOutfit is a business engaged in women's special fashion such as clothing, bags, shoes or sandals, watches, and veils. The beginning of starting a business with open an online shop. MayOutfit was founded in May 2013 by three people student of the Indonesian Education University (UPI) named Sinthya Audi Poetri, Intan Fazria and Aldi. These three owners started businesses located on Jalan Gegerkalong Hilir No.9 Bandung, a business that is engaged in this fashion has been running for five years and have branches in various cities in Indonesia. The development of the fashion industry increasingly shows a positive stretch in Indonesia, this shows that the community Indonesia has been very aware of being attractive and the stylists are following the development of a growing fashion trend.
