Analisis Pengaruh Entrepreneurship Barriers Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Dikalangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Komunikasi Dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom Bandung (studi Pada Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis Dan Ilmu Komunikasi)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pengaruh Entrepreneurship Barriers Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Dikalangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom Bandung (Studi Pada Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis dan Ilmu Komunikasi) metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 mahasiswa Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dan cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terdapat pengaruh sebesar 5,4% antara variabel Aversion to Risk terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 1,2% antara variabel Fear of Failure terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 3,7% antara variabel Aversion to Stress and Hard Work terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 16,1% antara variabel Lack of Social Networking terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 11,9% antara variabel Lack of Resources terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Selain itu, dari hasil pengolahan data juga diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh sebesar 20,7% antara variabel Demography terhadap variabel Minat Berwirausaha. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Entrepreneurship Barriers secara parsial memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom Bandung sebesar 59% sedangkan sisanya 41% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu motif, perhatian, perasaan, faktor lingkungan. Respondents in this study were 400 students of the Faculty of Communication and Business with a sampling method that is probability sampling and cluster sampling. The results showed that the response of respondents there was an effect of 5.4% between the variable Aversion to Risk on the variable Entrepreneurial Interest. There is an influence of 1.2% between the Fear of Failure variables on the Entrepreneurial Interest variable. There is an influence of 3.7% between the variable Aversion to Stress and Hard Work on the variable Entrepreneurial Interest. There is an effect of 16.1% between the Lack of Social Networking variables on the Entrepreneurial Interest variable. There is an effect of 11.9% between the Lack of Resources variable on the variable Entrepreneurial Interest. In addition, from the results of data processing it is also known that there is an effect of 20.7% between the Demography variable on the Entrepreneurial Interest variable. The conclusion of this research is Entrepreneurship Barriers partially contributed influence on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Faculty of Communication and Business Telkom University Bandung by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors namely motives, attention, feelings, environmental factors.
