Analisis Perbandingan Kualitas Website Reddoorz.com Dan Airyrooms.com Dengan Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 Dan Importance Perfomance Analysis (ipa)

Abstract

Abstrak Kehadiran dan perkembangan internet yang sangat pesat di Indonesia mempermudah berbagai aktivitas seluruh masyarakat Indonesia tak terkecuali juga bisnis perhotelan. Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa perusahaan untuk membuka bisnis OTA ( Online Travel Agency). Dengan bekerjasama dengan hotel berbudget terjangkau, Reddoorz dan Airyrooms hadir untuk mempermudah masyarakat mencari hotel dengan harga terjangkau. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi kualitas website Reddoorz.com dan Airyrooms.com dengan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 dan importance performance analysis (IPA), dan mengetahui perbedaan kualitas dari kedua website. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dengan 3 dimensi di dalamnya yaitu Usabillity, Information Quality dan Service Interaction. Sumber data diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 200 responden di Bandung yang pernah mengakses dan atau melakukan pembelian kamar online di kedua website tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda Mann-Whitney. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa skor total kinerja website reddoorz.com adalah sebesar 75,62% sedangkan skor total kinerja website airyrooms.com adalah sebesar 80,91%. Melihat dari hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan kedua website tersebut termasuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada website Reddoorz.com terdapat gap sebesar 3,9 dan Airyrooms.com sebesar 2,26%. yang berarti harus segera diperbaiki karena menjadi prioritas utama pengguna tapi kinerjanya masih jauh dari harapan pengguna. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney pada sub variabel Usability dan Service Interaction menunjukkan hasil < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan kualitas yang signifikan pada website Reddoorz.com dan Airyrooms.com. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality conditions of Reddoorz.com and Airyrooms.com websites by using the webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA), and to know the difference in quality of the two websites. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using the Webqual 4.0 method with 3 dimensions in it, namely Usabillity, Information Quality and Service Interaction. The data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents in Bandung who had accessed and / or made room purchases online at the two websites. The data analysis technique used is the Mann-Whitney Difference Test. This study shows the results that the total score on the website performance of reddoorz.com is 75.62% while the total score on the website performance of airyrooms.com is 80.91%. Seeing from these results, it can be concluded that the two websites are included in both categories. Based on the analysis results on the Reddoorz.com website there is a gap of 3.9 and Airyrooms.com of 2.26%. which means it must be fixed immediately because it is the user's top priority but its performance is still far from the user's expectations. Based on the hypothesis test using the Mann-Whitney test on Usability and Service Interaction sub variables showed results <0.05, which means there are significant differences in quality on the website Reddoorz.com and Airyrooms.com.
