Pengaruh Efektivitas Komunikasi Instruksional Pelatih Kepada Atlet Taekwondo Terhadap Kinerja Atlet Saat Bertanding

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pada penelitian ini, peneliti meneliti mengenai pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi instruksional pelatih kepada atlet taekwondo terhadap kinerja atlet saat bertanding. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelatih dan atlet taekwondo di KONI Jawa Barat. Dimana terjadinya komunikasi instruksional antara pelatih dan atlet taekwondo tersebut ketika berlatih. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma positivism. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu teknik sampling probability. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi instruksional yang dilakukan oleh pelatih kepada atlit taekwondo di Koni Jabar Bandung berlangsung efektif, Besarnya efektivitas komunikasi instruksional pelatih atlit taekwondo KONI Jabar ketika pertandingan berlangsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja atlit saat bertanding. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Instruksional, Kinerja, Pelatih dan Atlet.

In this study, researcher research about the effect of the effectiveness of instructional communication between coach and taekwondo athletes on athlete performance when competing. This research focuses toward coach and taekwondo athletes at KONI in West Java. Where the instructional communication between the coach and the taekwondo athletes when practicing is. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research which using the positivism paradigm. Data collection techniques of this research used are questionnaires and observation.
