Analisis Indikator Inklusi Keuangan Terhadap Penyaluran Kredit Umkm Di Provinsi – Provinsi Di Pulau Jawa

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dimensi akses, dimensi penggunaan, terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Jawa tahun 2015-2018 dengan tambahan variabel kontrol loan to deposit ratio (LDR) dan non performing loan (NPL). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 5 provinsi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data sekunder yang berasal dari Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Uji Regresi Data Panel dengan pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan EViews 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi akses dan NPL (Non Performing Loan) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM, sementara dimensi pengunaan dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM secara parsial. Sedangkan dimensi akses, dimensi penggunaan, loan to deposit ratio, dan non performing loan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM secara simultan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the dimensions of access dimensions, usage dimensions, on the distribution of MSME credits in the provinces of Java in 2015-2018 with additional control variables of the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and non-performing loans (NPL). This type of research is quantitative research with a sampling technique of 5 provinces. Data is collected through secondary data from Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency, and the Financial Services Authority. The analytical method used is the Panel Data Regression Test method with data processing performed using EViews 9. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of access and NPL (Non Performing Loans) have no significant effect on MSME distribution partially, while the dimensions of usage and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) have a positive and significant effect on MSME distribution partially. While the dimensions of access, dimensions of use, loan to deposit ratio, and non-performing loans have a positive and significant effect on the distribution of MSME loans simultaneously.
