Pengaruh Kecemasan Teknologi Dan Sosial Terhadap Niat Menggunakan Ovo Dengan Mediasi Manfaat Layanan Pembayaran Mobile Di Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Dunia perbankan saat ini sudah mengalami berbagai inovasi melalui teknologi modern. Tujuan berbagai inovasi tersebut adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik sebagai pendukung bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. E-Money merupakan alternatif alat pembayaran non tunai khususnya untuk pembayaran mikro sampai dengan ritel dalam perdagangan. Saat ini perkembangan instrumen pembayaran non tunai berjalan sangat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi sistem pembayaran yang membawa dampak yang besar terhadap pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam sistem pembayaran tersebut. Hal ini membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan jenis tujuannya penelitian ini menggunakan tujuan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian ini tipe penyelidikannya adalah penelitian Korelasional. Dalam desain penelitian study setting,penelitian ini menggunakan non contrived setting. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Bandung yang menggunakan OVO, dengan jumlah orang sejumlah 400 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis yang bernama Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM merupakan teknik analisis multivariat yang melibatkan indikator-indikator pada suatu variabel dan model struktural Berdasarkan uji Hipotesis, Convenience Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services, Economic Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services, Information Security Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services, Enjoyment Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services, Experiential Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services, dan Social Benefit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services. Peneliti menemukan juga bahwa Attitudes Towards Using Mobile Payment Services memiliki pengaruh terhadap Intention To Use. Peneliti menemukan Technology anxiety memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Benefit Of Mobile Payment Service. dan Social Influence memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Benefit Of Mobile Payment Service. This makes researchers interested in conducting research on "Analysis of the influence of Technological Anxiety and Social influence on the Benefits The Effect Of Technology anxiety And Social influence To Intention Using Ovo Mediated By The Benefits Of Mobile Payment Services In Bandung". The research method that researchers use is quantitative methods. Based on the types of objectives, this study uses descriptive and associative objectives. This type of research is a correlational research. In the study setting research design, this study uses non-contrived settings. The population in this study is the people of Bandung who use OVO, with a total of 400 people. This study uses an analysis technique called structural equation modeling (SEM). SEM is a multivariate analysis technique that involves indicators on a variable and structural model Based on the Hypothesis test, Convenience benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services, Economic benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services, Information security benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services, Enjoyment benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services, Experiential benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services, and Social benefits have a positive effect on attitudes towards using mobile payment services. Researchers also found that Attitudes towards using mobile payment services have an influence on Intention to Use. Researchers found Technology anxiety had a negative effect on the Benefit of Mobile Payment Service. and Social influence has a positive influence on the Benefit of Mobile Payment Service.
