Abstract

Abstrak PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok merupakan pelabuhan andalan logistik nasional. Distribusi barang untuk kebutuhan domestik maupun ekspor barang ke mancanegara banyak dilakukan dari pelabuhan ini, juga kegiatan impor. Walau demikian, data menunjukkan bahwa setiap tahunnya produktivitas di pelabuhan terlihat menurun, hak tersebut tercermin dari budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelindo II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang ada pada PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 responden dengan teknik sampling insidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dalam penilaiannya. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, lalu secara simultan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok. PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan aspek aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Semakin baik budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok is a national logistics mainstay port. The distribution of goods for domestic needs and export of goods to foreign countries is mostly done from this port, as well as import activities. Even so, the data shows that productivity at the port seems to be decreasing every year, this right is reflected in the organizational culture and work discipline that has an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Pelindo II. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance at PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok. The research method used is a quantitative method by collecting data through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The number of samples was 107 respondents with a incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method uses SPSS 22 software. The results showed that organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance received good responses in their respective evaluations. Organizational culture has a partial effect on employee performance, work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance, then simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline have an effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok is advised to pay more attention to aspects that can affect organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance. The better organizational culture and work discipline will be able to improve employee performance at PT. Pelindo II Tanjung Priok.
