Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Sma Islam Al-azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis “Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading.†Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden 30 sampel yang merupakan karyawan tetap pada SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, menyatakan bahwa tanggapan responden mengenai Reward (X1) berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 85%. Tanggapan responden mengenai Punishment (X2) berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 79,90%%. Sedangkan tanggapan responden mengenai kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 81,24%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan variabel Reward (X1) dan Punishment (X2) (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil Uji Hipotesis (Uji t), variabel independen Reward dan Punishment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading. Besarnya pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu sebesar 73% sedangkan sisanya 27% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, contohnya seperti kompensasi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze "The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at Al-Azhar Islamic High School Kelapa Gading." This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample technique with 30 respondents consisting of permanent employees at Al-Azhar Islamic High School Kelapa Gading. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, it states that respondents' responses regarding Reward (X1) are in the very good category with a score of 85%. Respondents' responses regarding Punishment (X2) are in the good category with a score of 79.90 %%. While the responses of respondents regarding the performance of employees are in the good category with a score of 81.24%. The results also showed the variable Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) (X) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of the Hypothesis Test (t test), the independent variable Reward and Punishment has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Al-Azhar Islamic High School in Kelapa Gading. The magnitude of the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance is equal to 73% while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors, for example such as compensation not examined in this study.
