Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung, danbagaimana pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap instansi pemerintah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling jenis simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung. Sedangkan secara parsial stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung. Beradasarkan koefisien determinasi didapatkan bahwa stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tpi Bandung mampu menjelaskan kinerja sebesar 90,82% dan sisanya sebesar 9,18% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of Immigration Office Class 1 Tpi Bandung employees. The purpose of this study was to find out how job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Immigration Office Class 1 Tpi Bandung, and how the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on these government agencies. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research type. Sampling was done by probability random sampling method, with a total sample of 54 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing work stress and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Immigration Office Class 1 Tpi Bandung. While partially job stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Immigration Office Class 1 Tpi Bandung employees and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Immigration Office Class 1 Tpi Bandung employees. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is found that job stress and job satisfaction of Class 1 Immigration Office Bandung can explain the performance of 90.82% and the rest of 9.18% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
