Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Lingkungan Pt Pln Up2w Iii Bandung

Abstrak
Pada era globalisasi ini, persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat dan membuat setiap
perusahaan harus selalu meningkatkan sumber daya yang di miliki untuk meningkatkan daya
saing. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah knowledge sharing. Variabel
knowledge sharing yang dianggap dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah knowledge
donating dan knowledge collecting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan
menganalisis hubungan Knowledge Sharing yang terdiri dari Knowledge Donating dan
Knowledge Collecting terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Lingkungan PT PLN Pusharlis UP2W
III Bandung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif.
Pengambilan sample menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh yaitu dengan jumlah
responden sebanyak 32 orang yang merupakan karyawan tetap pada PT PLN Pusharlis
UP2W III Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Sederhana
dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS ver 24. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran
kuesioner.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti mengenai Knowledge Sharing
dengan Kerja Karyawan di Lingkungan PT PLN Pusharlis UP2W III Bandung diperoleh
hasil analisis deskriptif mengenai variabel Knowledge Sharing termasuk kedalam kategori
Baik dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Terdapat
pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Knowledge Sharing terhadap variabel Kinerja
Karyawan sebesar 21,2%, sedangkan sisanya 78,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak
diteliti dalam peneltian ini. Kesimpulan bahwa variabel Knowledge Sharing secara simultan
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Pusat Pemeliharaan
Listrik Unit Pelaksana Produksi dan Workshop III.

Abstract
In this era of globalization, competition between companies is getting tougher and makes
each company must always increase its resources to increase competitiveness. One thing that
affects employee performance is knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing variables that are
considered to affect employee performance are knowledge donating and knowledge
collecting. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Knowledge

This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods. Sampling using
saturated sampling technique method, namely the number of respondents as many as 32
people who are permanent employees at PT PLN Pusharlis UP2W III Bandung. The analysis
technique used is Simple Regression Analysis using the help of the SPSS ver 24 program.
Data were collected through questionnaires.
Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers regarding Knowledge
Sharing with Employee Work in the PT PLN Pusharlis UP2W III Bandung environment, the
results of descriptive analysis of Knowledge Sharing variables are included in the Good
category and Employee Performance variables are included in the Very Good category.
There is a positive and significant influence of the Knowledge Sharing variable on the
Employee Performance variable by 21.2%, while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other
factors not examined in this study. The conclusion is that the Knowledge Sharing variable
simultaneously has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable at PT PLN
Production Implementation Unit Electric Maintenance Center and Workshop III.
