Pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Dan Sertifikasi Iso 14001 Terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Subsektor Batubara Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (bei) Tahun 2014-2019

Abstract

Abstrak Perusahaan dan lingkungan tidak dapat dipisahkan, keberadaan perusahaan yang hidup berdampingan dengan lingkungan memaksa mereka untuk memberikan hal-hal yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan demi tercapainya harmonis dan keseimbangan. Memberikan manfaat bagi lingkungan merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan. Tanggung jawab ini tercermin dari pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan yang menggunaka pedoman PROPER, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan yang diproksikan menggunakan ratio penjualan dan Sertifikasi ISO 14001 dengan dummy variabel terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility menggunakan standar GRI G4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2019. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor Batubara dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun sehingga diperoleh 60 data observasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan sertifikasi ISO 14001 berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Sedangkan secara parsial, kinerja lingkungan dan sertifikasi ISO 14001 tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh kearag positif terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Providing benefits for the environment is one form of corporate responsibility. This responsibility is reflected in the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. This indicates that corporate social responsibility disclosure is very important for the company. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of Environmental Performance using PROPER guidelines, Company Growth that is proxies using sales ratio and ISO 14001 Certification with variable dummy on Corporate Social Responsibility using GRI G4 standard. The population in this study was a coal sub-sector mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2019. The selection of samples in this study used purposive sampling techniques. The samples in this study amounted to 10 coal sub-sector mining companies in a period of 4 years until 60 observation data were obtained. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive statistic analysis and panel data regression using Eviews 9 software. The results of this test showed that environmental performance, company growth and ISO 14001 certification had a simultaneous effect on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. While in part, environmental performance and ISO 14001 certification have no influence on Corporate Social Responsibility and the company's growth has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.
