Analisis Kualitas Website Majelis Ulama Indonesia (mui) Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 Dan Importance Performance Matrix

Abstract

Abstrak Pesatnya perkembangan internet dan teknologi informasi di Indonesia memudahkan masyarakat hampir dalam segala aspek kehidupan, mulai dari pekerjaan, menggali informasi, berbagi data, dan berkomunikasi secara virtual. Perkembangan teknologi internet telah membawa perubahan dari sebuah teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini, salah satu pemanfaatan internet dan teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan website yang digunakan oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) untuk pelayanan masyarakat, fungsinya yaitu mempermudah produsen maupun konsumen untuk mengecek status kehalalan sebuah produk ataupun keaslian sertifikasinya dan dapat diakses melalui website www.halalmui.org. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website MUI menurut tanggapan responden dan menggambarkan tingkat kualitas website MUI yang dinilai berdasarkan tingkat kualitas yang diterima dan tingkat kualitas yang diharapkan oleh pengguna. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menurut tanggapan responden website MUI mendapatkan rata-rata nilai persentase performance sebesar 82,7% dan importance sebesar 87,3%. Dan terdapat kesenjangan (gap) yang bernilai negatif sebesar -0,23. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa tingkat kualitas yang dirasakan pengguna belum memenuhi tingkat kualitas yang diharapkan pengguna website MUI. Indikator yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan yaitu mudah dipelajari, tidak memerlukan keahlian khusus, desain website, memberikan informasi terkini, dan up to date. Abstract The rapid development of the internet and information technology in Indonesia makes it easier for people in almost all aspects of life, from work, to gathering information, sharing data, and communicating virtually. The development of internet technology has brought changesfrom current information and communication technology, one of the uses of the internet and information technology, namely the use of the website used by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) for community service, its function is to make it easier for producers and consumers to check the halal status of a product or the authenticity of the certification and can be accessed through the website www.halalmui.org. This study aims to analyze the quality of the website MUI according to respondents' responses and describe the quality level of the website MUI which is assessed based on the quality level received and the level of quality expected by users. The results of research that have been carried out according to the responses of respondentsthe website MUI get an average percentage value performance of 82.7% and importance of 87.3%. And there is a negative value gap of -0.23. This shows that the level of quality perceived by users has not met the level of quality expected by users website MUI. Indicators that are the main priority for improvement are easy to learn, do not require special skills, website design, provide the latest information, and are up to date.
