Analisis Beban Kerja Dan Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja Menggunakan Metode Work Sampling (studi Kasus Di Umkm Epok-epok Ana Batam)

Abstract

EPOK-EPOK ANA adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi makanan sejenis kue Epok – Epok atau yang lebih di kenal dengan Pastel. Didirikan oleh ibu Ana pada tahun 2012 di Bengkong Laut, Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Selama pandemic covid-19 tingkat permintaan produk EPOK-EPOK ANA menurun. Dengan adanya perubahan pada tingkat permintaan EPOK-EPOK ANA diperlukan melakukan perencanaan kapasitas tenaga kerja yang efektif agar tenaga kerja tetap produktif selama situasi pandemic covid-19. Bagian pekerjaan yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini ialah bagian penjualan dan penggorengan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang diterima oleh pekerja bagian penjualan dan penggorengan dan menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja yang efektif. Metode work sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil pengolahan data, waktu baku bagian penggorengan shift 1 ialah 26,90 menit dan penggorengan shift 2 ialah 27,08 menit. Untuk bagian penjualan shift 1 ialah 0,339 menit dan shift 2 ialah 0,335 menit. Sehingga jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan bagian penggorengan shift 1 ialah 2,089 atau 2 orang pekerja dan shift 2 2,100 atau 2 orang pekerja. jadi, total tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan bagian penggorengan sebanyak 4 orang. Untuk bagian penjualan shift 1 ialah 2,631 atau 3 orang pekerja dan bagian penjualan shift 2 ialah 2,604 atau 3 orang pekerja. jadi, total tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan bagian penjualan sebanyak 6 orang pekerja. beban kerja bagian penggorengan shift 1 ialah 52,31% dan shift 2 52,66%. Sedangkan, bagian penjualan shift 1 ialah 53,32% dan shift 2 52,78%. With the change in the level of demand for ANA EPOK-EPOK, it is necessary to carry out effective workforce capacity planning so that the workforce remains productive during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The part of work that will be examined in this research is the sales and frying section. The purpose of this study is to determine the workload received by workers in the sales and frying department and determine the number of workers who are effective. The work sampling method was used in this study. From the results of data processing, the standard time for frying shift 1 is 26.90 minutes and frying shift 2 is 27.08 minutes. For the sales division, shift 1 is 0.339 minutes and shift 2 is 0.335 minutes. So that the number of workers needed in the frying section of shift 1 is 2,089 or 2 workers and shift 2 2,100 or 2 workers. so, the total labor required by the frying section is 4 people. For the sales division of shift 1 is 2,631 or 3 workers and the sales share for shift 2 is 2,604 or 3 workers. so, the total labor required by the sales department is 6 workers. the workload of shift 1 frying section is 52.31% and shift 2 52.66%.
