Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the internal and external conditions of the company in order to find out what strategies can be implemented to develop the company. The results of the research will be useful for PT Mitra Livestock Ungas C3. Data collection methods in this study by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to internal and external parties (competitors and associations). The results of this study state based on the IE matrix that the company is in quadrant VII with a maintenance and maintenance strategy. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that PT Mitra Peternakan Unggas C3 must carry out a strategy to maintain and maintain product quality in order to maintain customer loyalty and increase product capacity.
