Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba (studi Empiris Pada Peusahaan Sub Sektor Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2019)

Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan laba merupakan perubahan persentase kenaikan laba yang diperoleh dari operasional perusahaan. Perubahan laba yang baik, menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dalam kondisi keuangan yang baik, yang akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Semakin tinggi laba yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan maka semakin baik kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Pertumbuhan laba diproksikan dengan seberapa besar peningkatan laba perusahaan, dihitung dengan cara laba periode sekarang dikurangi laba periode sebelumnya kemudian dibagi dengan laba periode sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2019. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menerapkan kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 95 perusahaan. Ada 43 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini, namun hanya 41 perusahaan yang diikutsertakan dan 164 data yang diolah. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan variabel Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, dan Net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara parsial Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan Net profit margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil penelitian inidiharapkan bisa menjadi pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak yang ingin menginvestasikan dana di perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate. Changes in profit are good, indicating that the company is in good financial condition, which will increase the value of the company. The higher the profit generated by the company, the better the company's performance. Profit growth is proxied by how much the company's profit increases, calculated by means of the current period's profit minus the previous period's profit then divided by the previous period's profit. This study aims to determine the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin variables on Profit Growth in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019. The data collection method in this study uses secondary data sources in the form of financial statements of property and real estate service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. This study uses a purposive sampling method by applying certain criteria with a population of 95 companies. There were 43 companies that were sampled in this study, but only 41 companies were included and 164 data were processed. The data analysis method used descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The results of this study simultaneously show that the variables Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, and Net profit margin have an effect on profit growth. Partially Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio does not have a significant negative effect on profit growth, while Net profit margin has a significant positive effect on profit growth. The results of this study are expected to be a decision-making consideration for those who want to invest funds in property and real estate sub-sector companies.
