Pengaruh Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit, Dewan Komisaris, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari setiap variabel seperti Dewan direksi, komite audit, dewan komisaris, struktur kepemilikan, dan intellectual capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan semua perusahaan yang ada di dalam sub sektor makanan dan minuman terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia selama periode 2016-2019. Penempatan jumlah anggota dewan dalam suatu perusahaan dapat menentukan bagaimana perusahaan bisa berjalan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan, jumlah kepemilikan yang ada diperusahaan mempengaruhi bagaimana pandangan investor dalam menilai perusahaan ketika penanaman modal, perusahaan yang tidak bisa menilai kemampuan karyawannya hanya akan tertinggal dengan para pesaing bisnis lainnya yang memiliki kemampuan terkait dunia bisnis yang luas dan keahlian yang memadai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan semua perusahaan yang ada di dalam sub sektor makanan dan minuman terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia selama periode 2016- 2019. Metode yang telah digunakan ialah kuantitatif sehingga memperoleh Hasil seperti berikut ini yaitu Good corporate governance secara keseluruhan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, dengan dewan direksi memiliki pengaruh negative sedangkan komite audit dan dewan komisaris memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Struktur kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh secara negative namun struktur kepemilikan institusional memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaa. Penelitian ini masih memiliki kekurangan diharapkan bagi penelitian lainya bisa menjadi lebih baik dan menyempurnakan penelitian yang sebelumnya dengan atau sama variabel penelitiannya. The method that has been used is quantitative so as to obtain the following results, namely Good corporate governance as a whole has an influence on the company's financial performance, with the board of directors having a negative influence while the audit committee and the board of commissioners have a positive influence on the company's financial performance. The managerial ownership structure has a negative influence but the institutional ownership structure has a positive influence on the company's financial performance and intellectual capital has a positive influence on the company's financial performance. This research still has shortcomings, it is hoped that other research can be better and improve previous research with or with the same research variables.
