Pengaruh Return On Asset (roa), Ukuran Perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility (csr) Terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham (sub Sektor Bank Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (bei) Periode 2015-2019)

Abstract

Abstrak Terdapat banyak jenis dan cara dalam melakukan investasi, salah satu produk yang penting diketahui adalah investasi saham sekaligus harga saham. Dalam berinvestasi, perubahan harga saham adalah faktor yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan oleh investor pada saat akan melakukan investasi karena, harga saham memperlihatkan kondisi suatu perusahaan. Harga saham adalah harga di pasar bursa pada saat tertentu dan harga saham ditentukan pelaku pasar. Tinggi atau rendahnya harga saham ditentukan oleh permintaan dan penawaran saham di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap harga saham sub sektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Sample pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak sepuluh perusahaan dengan lima tahun periode penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Return On Asset (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu, secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dan kekurangan yang dialami yaitu hanya sedikit perusahaan yang konsisten menerbitkan laporan keberlanjutan, sehingga jumlah sampel hanya sedikit. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah sampel penelitian atau mengubah objek atau subsektor lain serta menambahkan periode penelitian agar dapat memperoleh hasil penelitian yang lebih maksimal. In investing, changes in stock prices are a very important factor and must be considered by investors when investing because stock prices show the condition of a company. The stock price is the price on the stock market at a certain time and the stock price is determined by market participants. High or low stock prices are determined by the demand and supply of shares in the capital market. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), company size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on stock prices of the sub-sector banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study are bank sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of ten companies was obtained with a five year research period. The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression using Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out, it shows that simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), company size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, partially Return On Assets (ROA) has no effect on stock prices, firm size affects stock prices, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on stock prices. This research has limitations and shortcomings, namely that only a few companies consistently publish sustainability reports, so the number of samples is only small.
