Analisis Pengaruh Employees Performance Criterias Terhadap Successs Of Kaizen Project Dan Supervisor Behavior Sebagai Moderating Di Pt Vale Indonesia, Tbk. Sulawesi Selatan
Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari oleh tantangan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan industri yang semakin
ketat dan perlunya beradaptasi melalui inovasi dan optimalisasi operasional. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan adalah
penerapan Operational Excellence dengan pendekatan Continuous Improvement atau kaizen. Tujuan utama dari penelitian
ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana elemen dari employee performance yang terdiri dari In-Role Performance, Creative
Performance, dan Human Aspect berpengaruh terhadap Success of Kaizen Project dan melihat bagaimana supervisor
behavior memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Metodologi penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif melalui jenis
penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian melibatkan karyawan PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk, sebanyak 354 orang dengan sampel
yang dipilih menggunakan metode Convenience sampling. Analisis data mencakup uji prasyarat seperti validitas dan
reliabilitas, uji syarat seperti Structural Equation-Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee performance criterias (In-Role Performance, Creative Performance, dan Human
Aspect) dan supervisor behavior berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Success of Kaizen Project, sedangkan Supervisor
Behavior tidak memoderasi hubungan anatara employee performance criterias (In-Role Performance, Creative
Performance, dan Human Aspect) dan Success of Kaizen Project. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memeberikan gambaran
mengenai kaizen project kepada Perusahaan. Saran kepada penulis selanjutnya adalah untuk menggunakan variabel baru
dan kajian literatur yang lebih luas.
