Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for companies in the energy sector in responding to an increasingly complex business environment, characterized by rapid technological developments, global competitive pressures, and demands for operational efficiency and sustainability. This study aims to analyze the role of dynamic capabilities in supporting digital transformation strategies and their implications for improving corporate performance at PT XYZ. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation of business processes, and analysis of internal company documents. The findings indicate that sensing, seizing, and transforming capabilities play an important role not only as mechanisms for adapting to environmental changes but also as strategic foundations for building sustainable competitive advantage. These findings contribute theoretically to the development of dynamic capabilities literature and provide practical implications for energy company management in designing and implementing integrated, long-term-oriented digital transformation strategies to consistently support organizational performance and corporate competitiveness in the future.
