Komparasi Metode Pert Dibandingkan Dengan Metode Time Plan Untuk Penjadwalan Waktu Kontrak Proyek Implementasi Rectifier Tahun 2013 Dalam Pengelolaan Divisi Proyek Pt Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis waktu kontrak PT Hariff untuk penjadwalan proyek implementasi rectifier berupa time plan dengan menggunakan metode PERT. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah waktu kontrak yang terdapat di dalam time plan sudah sesuai untuk penyelesaian proyek tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi pokok pembahasan adalah membandingkan metode time plan dengan metode PERT. PERT adalah suatu perhitungan yang dibuat untuk membantu para manjer untuk melakukan penjadwalan, pemantauan serta pengendalian proyek-proyek besar dan kompleks dengan menggunakan 3 estimasi waktu yaitu optimis, realistis dan pesimis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode peneliatian terapan yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah spesifik yang sedang dialami oleh perusahaan. Serta teknis deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang tidak membuat perbandingan variabel itu dengan variabel pada sample lainnya. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu perhitungan waktu kontrak yang dihitung ulang dengan menggunakan metode PERT menghasilkan probabilitas penyelesaian yang sangat kecil, meskipun jumlah hari kontrak menjadi lebih mendekati dengan jumlah hari penyelesaian proyek. Namun metode ini dapat tetap digunakan untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengontrol jalannya proyek serta dapat mengetahui aktivitas yang terdapat pada jalur kritis yang harus menjadi perhatian khusus. The goal is to determine the time the contract contained in the plan is appropriate time for completion of the project. In this study, the subject was to compare the method of time plan with PERT. PERT is a calculation to help manjer to perform scheduling, monitoring and controlling large projects and complex by using three time estimates are optimistic, realistic and pessimistic. The method used is the method applied peneliatian the research done to solve the specific problems being experienced by the company. Technical as well as quantitative descriptive research that does not make the comparison variable with the other variables in the sample. The results, namely the calculation of the contract is recalculated using the PERT produce a very small probability of settlement, although the amount of the contract is closer to the days of the completion of the project. However, this method can still be used to allow companies to control the course of the project and be able to know that there are activities on the critical path should be of particular concern.
