Analisis Perbandingan Laba Usaha Sebelum Dan Sesudah Pemberian Dana Pkbl (Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan) (Studi Kasus Sentra Rajut Binong Jati Bandung Tahun 2009-2012)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun terus mengalami penurunan. Salah satu masalah mendasar yang dihadapi oleh UMKM untuk mengembangkan usaha yang dimiliki yaitu modal atau pembiayaan. Sulitnya pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan kredit dari lembaga seperti Bank menambah masalah UMKM. Hadirnya program pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mengeluakan PKBL (Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan) yang hadir dengan kemudahan tanpa memperhatikan jaminan (collateral) yang dimiliki UMKM diharapkan dapat membantu masalah modal yang dihadapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan UMKM di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati, dan mengetahui perkembangan laba UMKM sebelum dan sesudah pemberian dana PKBL di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah yang telah memperoleh dana PKBL (Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan) tahun 2009-2012. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkembangan UMKM di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati mengalami penurunan, namun laba sebelum dan laba sesudah pemberian dana PKBL mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil nilai z hitung = -5,303>z tabel = -1,645 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Menghasilkan keputusan ditolak dan diterima. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemberian dana PKBL terhadap pelaku UMKM menunjukkan perbedaan laba usaha sebelum dan sesudah pemberian dana PKBL. One of the fundamental problems faced by SMEs to develop a business, is capital or financing. The problem is the difficulties in obtaining credit from institutions like Bank adds to SME’s central problem . The presence of government programs through the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) issued a PKBL (Community Development Partnership Program) that comes with ease regardless of the collateral which is owned by the owners of SMEs is expected to help SMEs faced the capital problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of SMEs in Sentra Rajut Binong Jati, and determine the development of the SME profit before and after the PKBL funding in Sentra Rajut Binong Jati. This study used quantitative research methods descriptive study approach. The sample of this study is the micro small and medium businesses that have received funding PKBL (Community Development Partnership Program) 2009-2012. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate the development of SMEs in Sentra Rajut Binong Jati was decreased, however before and after profit was increased after CSR funding. It is seen from the data processing obtained results count value z = -5.303> table z = -1.645 with a significance value of 0.000. Generating decision rejected H_0 and H_1 accepted. So it can be concluded that PKBL funding to SMEs shows the difference in operating profit before and after administration of Partnership funds.
