Analisis Kualitas Website Malesbanget.com Dengan Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0

Abstract

Abstrak Pada saat ini, kegunaan website menjadi sangat efektif dan efisien dalam hal menyebarkan informasi. Sehingga membuat beberapa perusahaan Start-up membuat website untuk media penyebaran informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas website malesbanget.com berdasarkan penilaian pengguna terhadap kualitas actual yang dirasakan serta kualitas sebuah website ideal yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik aksidental, dengan jumlah responden 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysys (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas website malesbanget.com berdasarkan tingkat harapan dan kinerja pada kategori baik yaitu mendapatkan nilai 76,7%. Selain itu dari hasil perhitungan grafik matrix IPA, masih terdapat dua indikator berada pada kuadran I yang berarti harus segera diperbaiki karena menjadi prioritas utama pengguna tetapi kinerjanya masih jauh dari harapan pengguna. Yaitu Desain website yang cocok dengan jenis website dan Merasa aman dengan data pribadi pengguna. Kata Kunci : Kualitas website, Webqual, IPA. The results showed the quality of malesbanget.com website based on the level of expectation and performance in the good category is to get the value of 76.7%. In addition from the calculation of IPA matrix graphics, there are still two indicators are in quadrant I which means must be fixed immediately because it becomes the main priority of the user but its performance is still far from user expectations.
