Abstract

ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Dalam penelitian ini, 85 pegawai dijadikan sampel yang sesuai dengan jumlah populasi (sampel jenuh). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara keseluruhan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik Abstrak To support the performance of organization in competation, an organization must make various efforts to empower human resources that aims to improve the performance of each individual. This research aims to to study adn analysis influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at the Office of the Directorate General of Development of Disadvantaged Regions. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive and causal research type. In this study, 85 employees were sampled according to population size (saturation sample). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing shows than working motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the office of the Directorate General of Development of Disadvantaged Regions.
