Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kurir Pt. Tiki Jne (jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) (studi Pada Gudang Inbond Kiaracondong Bandung)

Abstract

Abstrak Stress merupakan suatu kondisi ketegangan yang mempengaruhi emosi, proses berpikir dan kondisi seseorang dimana ia terpaksa memberikan tanggapan melebihi kemampuan penyesuaian dirinya terhadap suatu tuntutan eksternal (lingkungan). Karyawan yang mengalami stress kerja dapat diketahui dari gejala-gejala yang muncul, antara lain : gejala fisiologis, gejala psikologis, dan gejala perilaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. TIKI JNE. PT. TIKI JNE merupakan perusahaan yang melayani masyarakat dalam urusan jasa kepabeanan terutama import atas kiriman peka waktu melalui gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi di gudang inbond kiaracondong bandung). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian berupa studi deskiptif dan kausal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling jenis nonprobabilty sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 karyawan kurir di PT. TIKI JNE. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja berada dalam kategori tinggi dan kinerja berada di kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan adanya pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kurir PT. TIKI JNE. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Stres Kerja (X) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 59,6% terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. TIKI JNE. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,4% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Employees who experience job stress can be known of the symptoms that arise, among others: the physiological symptoms, psychological symptoms, and behavioral symptoms. This research was conducted at PT. TIKI JNE which they are the popular company that serves the public in matters of customs services, especially imports of time sensitive shipments through warehouses This research was conducted to determine the influence of stress work on employee performance (study on PT. TIKI JNE employee). The method used is the quantitative methods with this type of research is a study of the causal and descriptive. The sampling that used in this research is probability sampling with the type nonprobability sampling. The number of respondents are 80 employees in PT. TIKI JNE. Data analysis technique that being used is simple linear regression analysis. In this research shows that work stress on high category, environment work on high category and the employee performance on high category. Based on the coefficient of determination is obtained that the influence stress work variables (X)) on the employee performance (Y) is 59,6%. And the remaining is 40,4% of rest is affected by other factors that were not examined in this research Keywords: Work Stress, Environment Work, Employee Performance.
