Pola Komunikasi Organisasi Polyglot Indonesia (studi Kasus Komunitas Polyglot Indonesia Chapter Bandung)

Abstract

Abstrak Orang yang menguasai lebih dari dua bahasa asing memiliki nilai plus tersendiri baik itu dalam dunia kerja maupun di masyarakat, dan Polyglot Indonesia chapter Bandung merupakan salah satu komunitas yang seluruh anggotanya mampu menguasai minimal dua bahasa asing. Walau masih disebut komunitas, namun Polyglot Indonesia chapter Bandung sudah memiliki struktur organisasional yang jelas, sehingga penulis mengambil judul “POLA KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI POLYGLOT INDONESIA (Studi Kasus Komunitas Polyglot Indonesia chapter Bandung)â€. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, pola komunikasi organisasi yang terbentuk dalam komunitas ini adalah pola komunikasi segala arah karena walaupun sudah termasuk kedalam organisasi, komunitas ini tetap menganut asas kekeluargaan dan selama terjadinya proses komunikasi, seluruh anggota ataupun pengurus cenderung setara tanpa pandang jabatan. Untuk hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa bukan merupakan hambatan terbesar yang terjadi didalam komunitas ini mengingat seluruh anggota mampu menguasai berbagai bahasa asing, jusrtu ruangan lah yang merupakan faktor terbesar yang menghambat komunikasi yang terjadi di komunitas ini.

Abstract

Someone who masters and speaks more than two foreign languages have their own plus value in the workplace and also in social life, and Polyglot Indonesia Bandung Chapter is a community where the members are able to speak at least two foreign languages. Despite being called as a community, Polyglot Indonesia Bandung Chapter has an organized and right organizational structure that made the author attempts to analyze the research entitled "Polyglot Indonesia Organizational Communication Pattern (Case Study of the Polyglot Indonesia chapter Bandung Community)". The Author uses descriptive study method with a qualitative approach through interviewed the respondence, observations, documentation and literature studies as data collection techniques. And based on the results of the research that the authors did, the organizational communication which formed in this community is the pattern of all directions, even though it is the professional organization, but this community still be based on principle as a family. And during the communication process, all members and the committee have sense of fairness. This community is almost able to face what we said stucknation of communicaton, based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of language is not the biggest problem to make a good communication because all members are able to speak a foreign languages, but sometimes, the place to have a meeting would be the problem of communication itself that happened in this community because until today, they still moving on from one to the different places.
