Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Wilayah Telkom Bandung Barat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Wilayah Telkom Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling, dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Wilayah Telkom Bandung Barat. Abstract This research was conducted to find out the influence of organizational culture on performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Telkom Bandung Region West. The purpose of doing research is to find out and analyze how organizational culture affects the performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Telkom Bandung Region West. These studies use quantitative methods with types of descriptive research-causality. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling, with the number of respondents 50 people. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, organizational culture a significant effect on performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Telkom Bandung Region West. This can be known the value t calculate 10.860 is greater than t table of significant value 0.000 1.677 < 0.05. While the results of the determination of the coefficient value was amounting to 71.1% 0.711 or where variable organizational culture has a variable effect on the performance of the employees and the remaining 28.9% are affected by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion this study, obtained results that significantly influential organization culture on performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Telkom Bandung Region West.
