Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (lmx) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Studi Pada Kantor Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX) terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX) terhadap komitmen organisasional dan mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung Leader Member Exchange (LMX) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur sebanyak 40 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan pengambilan data pokok melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa LMX berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, LMX berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Komitmen Organisasi merupakan variable intervening (mediasi) yang baik khususnya pada pengaruh LMX terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: LMX, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan ISSN : 2355-9357 e-Proceeding of Management : Vol.6, No.1 April 2019 | Page 1213 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Member Exchange Leader (LMX) on employee performance, find out the effect of Member Exchange Leader (LMX) on organizational commitment and find out the indirect influence of Member Exchange Leader (LMX) on employee performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of Semen District Office, Kediri Regency, East Java, as many as 40 people. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis by retrieving basic data through the distribution of questionnaires. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that LMX had a significantly positive effect on Organizational Commitment, LMX had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment is a good variable intervening (mediation) especially on the influence of LMX on employee performance. Keywords: LMX, organizational commitment, employee performance
