Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Inti Persero Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. INTI Persero Bandung. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan, dan besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 27,2% dan sisanya 72,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Motivasi kerja karyawan sudah termasuk kedalam kategori baik, namun ada beberapa item yang perlu diperbaikin seperti pemberian gaji karyawan, memberikan kesempatan mendapatkan jabatan lebih tinggi, memaksimalkan pencapaian target perusahaan, pemberian sanksi kepada karyawan yang terlambat. INTI Persero Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine how work motivation, employee performance, and the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive-causality research. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling as many as 45 respondents. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, work motivation influences employee performance. Work motivation can affect employee performance by 27.2% and the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Employee motivation is included in the good category, but there are a number of items that need to be improved such as paying employees, giving them the opportunity to get higher positions, giving sanctions to employees who are late.
