Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Unit Human Resources Dan Community Development Center Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Solo

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Human Resources dan Community Development Center Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Solo. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskiptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Unit Human Resources dan Community Development Center Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Solo sebanyak 30 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu, 1) Motivasi karyawan pada Unit Human Resources dan Community Development Center Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Solo secara keseluruhan berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini berdasarkan pada rekapitulasi presentase tanggapan responden terhadap motivasi, yaitu dengan nilai 76,2%. 2) Kinerja karyawan pada Unit Human Resource dan Community Development Center Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Solo secara keseluruhan berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini berdasarkan pada rekapitulasi presentase tanggapan responden terhadap kinerja karyawan, yaitu dengan nilai 74,9%. 3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis, variabel motivasi (X) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 78,1% sisanya yaitu 21,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purposes of this research is to determine the effect of motivation on the employee performance of Telkom Employees in the Human Resources Unit and Community Development Center in the Solo Telecommunications Area. By using quantitative deskiptif research methods. The samples in this study were employees of Human Resources Unit and Community Development Center in the Solo Telecommunications Area as many as 30 employees. Based on the results of research that has been done obtained results, 1) Motivation of employees at Human Resources Unit and Community Development Center in the Solo Telecommunications Area as a whole are in the high category. This is based on the recapitulation of the percentage of respondents' responses to motivation, which is 76.2%. 2) Employee performance at Human Resources Unit and Community Development Center in the Solo Telecommunications Area based on respondents as a whole are in the high category. This is based on the recapitulation of the percentage to employee performance, which is 74.9%. 3) Based on the results of hypotesis analyze, the motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) of 78.1%, the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
