Abstract

ABSTRAK Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking) merupakan salah satu layanan Bank Mandiri yang terintegrasi dan dikemas dalam tampilan baru yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan serta kemudahan bagi nasabah Bank Mandiri dalam memperoleh informasi dan melakukan aktivitas transaksi keuangan. Meskipun sudah dirancang dengan sedemikian rupa, namun hal itu belum mampu untuk menaikkan minat nasabah Bank Mandiri untuk mengadopsi layanan Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking). Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan pengukuran untuk menganalisis minat menggunakan layanan Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking) melalui perspektif Technology Acceptance Model dengan perceived risk dan self efficacy di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling berjenis purposive sampling yang memperoleh total 400 responden dari seluruh Indonesia. Data yang didapat akan dianalisis dengan teknik Partial Least Square-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of used berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use, self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use dan perceived risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap intention to use. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan referensi perusahaan Bank Mandiri untuk lebih memperhatikan kemudahan dan keamanan dari layanan Bank Mandiri untuk meningkatkan minat nasabah dalam mengadopsi layanan Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking). ABSTRACT Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking) is one of the Bank Mandiri services that is integrated and packaged in a new look which aims to improve the comfort and easiness of Bank Mandiri in obtaining information and doing the activity of financial transactions. Even though it was designed with in such a way, but it has not been able to increase Bank Mandiri's customer intention to adopt Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking). In this study, the measurement will be performed to analyze the intention of using Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking) through the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model with perceived risk and self efficacy in Indonesia. This research was conducted in quantitative method with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling type non-probability sampling which obtained a total of 400 respondents from all over Indonesia. The data obtained will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square-SEM technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of used has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on intention to use, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on intention to use, self efficacy has a positive effect on intention to use and perceived risk has a negative effect on intention to use. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for Bank Mandiri's company to pay more attention to the convenience and security of Bank Mandiri services to increase customer intentions in adopting Mandiri Online (Mobile Banking) services.
