Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Telkom Corporate University Center

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan Telkom Corporate University Center atau yang biasa dikenal dengan TCUC. Tujuan dilakukamm penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis lingkungan kerja yang ada di perusahaan, bagaimana produktivitas karyawan dan berapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja tertahadap produktivitas karyawan Telkom University Center. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian yang diambil secara acak berjumlah 68 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif regresi linier sederhana. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara menyebar koesionerkepada 68 karyawan Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC). Hasil uji regresi menunjukan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas, sedangkan nilai R koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,370. Hal ni berarti bahwa pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai sebesar 37% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 63% di pengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the existing work environment in the company, how employee productivity and how big the influence of work environment on employees productivity of Telkom University Center. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive research type. Samples from random sampling were 68 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis of simple linear regression. Data collection required in this study was taken by spreading the coefficients to 68 employees of Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC). Regression test results show a significant level of 0,000 <0,05 which means the working environment has an effect on productivity, while R value of coefficient of determination is 0.370. This means that the work environment impact on employee productivity is 37% while the remaining 63% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
